The Upside of Foreclosures

Just came across this article in the NY Times entitled “Skaters Jump in As Foreclosures Drain the Pool“. The article highlights the positive side of foreclosures: more empty pools for skaters. Interestingly enough, Fresno makes the first page of the article.
